About #theAfrocentricX

Helping sophisticated, ambitious women of
color achieve professional + personal success.

#theAfrocentricX is a personal and professional development conference designed to empower women of color to achieve well-rounded, holistic success. The conference includes panel discussions and breakout sessions from successful, dynamic women of color and a keynote address from Ericka Pittman, social influencer and Chief Marketing Officer of AQUAhydrate (a Sean Diddy Combs enterprise).

As educational achievements among women of color continue to grow, more women are entering the workforce. This track explores helping women to navigate and climb the corporate ladder.

Black female entrepreneurship has the highest rate of growth in the US with nearly 300,000 workers being employed by black women. This track explores creating sustainable and scalable entrepreneurship.

Our main stage explores topics of empowerment and inspiration for career women and entrepreneurs alike. Designed to enrich the mind, body, and spirit we have plenary sessions, our EmpowerHer Panel, and Keynote presentation by Ericka Pittman.

Our Speakers are Key Distributors, Innovators, and Influencers in their Field.
